SH.AR – is an architectural bureau founded by Oleg Shtofman and Sandro Sherents in 2010.
Over 12 years of practice, we have successfully implemented more than 70 projects for various purposes: from small architectural forms, furniture and pavilions, to large-scale residential and commercial projects. However, our main specialization is the creation of public spaces in the hotel and restaurant sector. Extensive experience and a fundamental architectural approach allow us to arrive at the best solutions based on the necessary pragmatism, as well as to reveal the aesthetic potential of each space.
Our architecture is based on a careful analysis of the features of the modern world and its dynamic changes, which leads to creating authentic and comfortable spaces for people to use. Striking a good balance between the functional and humanistic aspects of design helps us to find new ways of modern architectural organization.
The hallmark of our bureau is the attention to details, which we integrate into all stages of the development and implementation of each project.
Convenience, aesthetics, ergonomics, rational layout – these are the principles that guide us in our work. In our opinion, these are the main aspects to form modern and sustainable environment
